ITCFSAN is dedicated to create, promote and foster individual and organizational effectiveness by developing and offering an array of innovative and diverse programs in support of the stakeholder development, partnerships, and organizational enrichment. The trainings are broadly classified to focus on the following four major sections:
| Skill Development Training Programs | Our aim is to Upgrade skills to international standards through significant industry involvement and develop necessary frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance. In order to do so we are committed to provide the necessary faculty training standards, quality assurance, technology platforms and hands-on training facilities. |

| Entrepreneurship Development | We aim to Promote entrepreneurship through education, training, applied research and institution building and Help existing MSMEs to improve their entrepreneurial competencies and capacity building. |
These are a set of trainings designed to provide the participants with the knowledge required as per FSSAI recommended Capacity Building programmes for Food Safety Regulators.
